




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain up-to-date employee records in the system and auxiliary spreadsheets, update CTPS (Brazilian Work Record Book) as needed, and organize both active and inactive employee files. Be responsible for controlling employees’ electronic time clock records, performing monthly closing, and allocating data to payroll and hours bank systems. Monitor employee onboarding and offboarding; calculate severance payments and vacation entitlements; support other personnel administration activities and payroll closing. Conduct exit interviews and/or related procedures. Provide support and clarify employee inquiries. Administer employee benefits, including meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, medical assistance, and other benefits as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum of 6 months’ documented work experience in the role, as evidenced by employment record book (CTPS) Currently enrolled in a higher education program in a relevant field Reside in Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, Alvorada, or the North Zone of Porto Alegre Knowledge of time tracking calculations and Brazilian labor legislation **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. **BENEFITS:** Health and dental insurance (effective after probationary period), on-site cafeteria (R$2.35/day discount), attendance incentive program, and transportation vouchers.
