As a CNC Lathe Programmer-Setup Operator, you will be responsible for programming and adjusting CNC machines to ensure parts are manufactured with the highest precision and meet quality requirements. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our manufacturing team. **Salary and benefits: R$ 15.00/h \+ 40% hazard pay** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:48 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:18 PM to 5:00 PM.** In addition to your technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members is vital. You must be able to follow precise instructions and work methodically to ensure consistency and quality across all operations. Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls. Proficiency in handling measuring instruments, reading and interpreting technical drawings.
