This role will act as a strategic link, freeing up lawyers to focus on technical work, and will be responsible for financial planning, case control, document management, and performance reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Case and deadline management: Monitor social security legal proceedings, control deadlines, and ensure accurate recording of publications and decisions; * Document organization: Manage contracts, legal documents, and case files; * Risk and compliance analysis: Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with social security legislation; * Financial and budgetary planning: Develop and manage department budgets, analyze costs, and monitor financial indicators; * Reporting and metrics: Create management reports, track KPIs, and propose improvements and goals; * Strategic support: Align legal department activities with office objectives; * Process optimization: Implement workflows, standardize procedures, and use management and automation tools. **Essential Competencies:** * Strategic vision, leadership, and organization; * Degree in Law, with experience in Social Security Law and electronic legal processes; * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability; * Proficiency in legal software, management tools, and Business Intelligence; * Clear communication with lawyers, clients, and team.
