Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor Windows and Linux servers. * Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V). * Manage and maintain Cisco environments (Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Security). * Implement and maintain information security policies (firewall, antivirus, access control). * Monitor networks and critical services (VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). * Perform vulnerability assessments and apply remediations. * Manage backups and contingency plans. * Support audits and compliance with standards (ISO 27001, LGPD, IATF). * Document technical processes and procedures. Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related fields. * Experience administering Windows/Linux servers. * Knowledge of information security (firewalls). * Advanced knowledge of Cisco technologies (Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Security). * Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP. * Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V). * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * **3 to 5 years of experience in this role.** **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
