The Agribusiness Business Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a portfolio of members from the agricultural segment, aiming to offer financial products and services that meet the needs of the rural population. Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing wires; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers through installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber lines and trunks, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Operate TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro IT Repairs, seeking diagnostics and correcting issues or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Carry out other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician tasks; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B.
