Issuing and recording invoices (NF): Register and input invoices into the management system to ensure accurate documentation of all transactions. Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic physical inventories, and adjust quantities as needed. Picking verification: Validate order picking to ensure accuracy of items prepared for shipment. Freight manifests: Prepare freight manifests, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information. Route assignment for drivers: Plan and assign delivery routes to optimize time and resources. Transportation manifest issuance: Issue transportation manifests in compliance with legal and operational requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in logistics or similar roles. Knowledge of inventory management systems and invoice issuance. Proficiency in spreadsheets and control systems. Ability to organize tasks and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
