Patience in teaching, flexibility, respect, and harmonious daily interactions are highly valued. **II – POSITION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct team leadership (**approximately 9 people**); * Overall management of pullets; * In-depth knowledge of **climate-controlled and automated poultry houses**; * Vaccine administration; * Poultry selection process; * Ensuring animal welfare; * Monitoring operational goals and routines. ### **Facility Structure:** * **210,000 birds** currently in operation; * **3 production units**, each housing approximately **70,000 birds**; * Modern poultry houses installed starting from 2021. ### **Key Challenges of the Position:** * Managing a team with intensive daily interaction; * Ensuring strict adherence to pullet rearing protocols; * Maintaining operational quality in a high-volume environment; * Developing and training staff, supported by current leaders; * Flexibility to handle diverse daily farm situations. ### **III – REQUIREMENTS** ### **Experience:** * **1–3 years of experience**, preferably in pullet rearing; * **Solid expertise in pullet rearing is mandatory**; * Experience with **climate-controlled and automated poultry houses** is desirable. ### **Education:** Not mandatory.
