We encourage applications from Black people, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and/or people from different generations. #ComeBeTelemont. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for handling service orders related to telephone line installation and repair, ADSL services, and maintenance of TUPs and TV (metallic network and fiber optic), using technical procedures and those established by the operator in their area of operation. Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical requests from corporate and residential customers through installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber lines and trunks, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Operationalize TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro IT Repairs, seeking diagnostics and correcting issues or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Carry out other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician practices; valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B. NR-6 – PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE); NR-7 – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MEDICAL CONTROL PROGRAM; NR-18 – WORK CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY; NR-10 – SAFETY IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES; NR-35 – WORK AT HEIGHTS **Additional information** Benefits: Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Gym allowance; Meal or food voucher; Transportation voucher; Life insurance; Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores.
