This role is essential to maintaining efficient operational, documentary, and financial workflows on site. Responsibilities * Monitor and organize all construction site documentation, including employees, contractors, construction companies, designers, and other partners. * Perform reconciliations and administrative controls related to site activities. * Record and monitor invoices, ensure verifications, and support the finance department in tracking accounts payable. * Generate operational and administrative reports as required by management. * Manage timekeeping records for construction site employees. * Control food supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other inputs necessary for proper site operation. * Ensure organization, updating, and integrity of all construction site records and documents. * Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers **Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Prior experience in administrative roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure **Technical Competencies** * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Sienge system **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and organizational skills * Resilience and ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands **Education** * Administration * Technical Course in Building Construction * Human Resources Management * Economics * Or related fields
