




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Develop educational initiatives in the field of occupational safety and health (OSH), preparing materials for internal campaigns; Advise on the development and implementation of Workplace Safety and Occupational Medicine Programs (PPRA, PGR, PAE, LTIP, LTCAT, AET, PCMSO, PCA, and PPR); Develop and deliver training on Regulatory Standards and internal occupational safety training, disseminating curriculum content among other technicians and promoting employee awareness regarding accident and occupational disease prevention; Promote employee safety integration, encouraging safe actions and behaviors in the workplace; Monitor work involving exposure to specific hazards, documenting data for reporting purposes; Manage, distribute, and organize personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms, requesting purchases, supporting evaluation of new PPE, and advising on and encouraging proper usage monitoring; Participate in emergency, contingency, and accident drills and simulations; Provide assistance in cases of work-related accidents, contacting public or private emergency response teams when necessary, investigating work-related accidents, collecting data, issuing the Accident Communication Form (CAT), proposing action plans, and identifying root causes; Conduct Safety Dialogues and Behavioral Assessments, generating related reports; Support SIPAT activities by organizing required tasks and resources; Monitor service providers during access to port terminals; Actively participate in client-led occupational safety and health meetings, initiatives, and programs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Proven experience in the stated functions. Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety or a completed undergraduate degree. Knowledge of regulatory standards and applicable legislation. Civil firefighter certification is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). Must reside in Guaíba, Eldorado do Sul, or Porto Alegre. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 3,057.64.
