And for those who join our team, we offer Wish Equilíbrio, our quality-of-life program that supports your health and well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise A\&B operations (kitchen, dining room, room service, and/or events). * Ensure service standards, product quality, and presentation. * Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. * Support cost control, inventory management, and stock audits. * Address issues and handle customer service matters. * Support A\&B team training and development. * Contribute ideas to increase sales and improve processes. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in A\&B supervision or leadership (in hospitality, restaurants, or similar settings). * Experience leading operational teams. * Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of cost control, COGS, and performance indicators. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related fields. * Familiarity with hotel management systems and POS systems. * English or other foreign language proficiency for guest/customer interaction.
