Job Summary: The professional will conduct instructional and organizational activities for professional training programs in electronics, electrical engineering, and industrial automation, providing technical operational services. Lead work processes within their area of expertise Education Completed High School with Professional Training Courses in industrial electrical or industrial electronics fields, OR Technical High School Diploma in Electroelectronics, Automation, Electrotechnics, or Mechatronics. Experience Experience in the industry in electronics, electrical maintenance, or industrial automation. Knowledge Electronic circuit boards, motors, electrical panels, digital and analog electronics, frequency inverters, PLCs, residential electrical systems, industrial electrical systems, metrology, technical drawing. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Conduct instructional activities aimed at professional training in Free-Access Courses, according to institutionally defined curricula, respecting applicable legal parameters for professional education. Organize didactic aspects of training activities, participating in tasks such as structuring activity plans, preparing supporting materials, and supervising practical learning activities conducted externally (e.g., at companies). Maintain control and records regarding students’ progress and performance, in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to their field. Participate in identifying and suggesting operational materials, tools, equipment, and learning environments used in professional training activities, in compliance with technical and pedagogical standards established by the organization. Guide and perform practical activities related to installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, aligned with the institution’s defined training objectives and following current operational procedures and technical standards. Provide technical operational services in response to demands. Participate—within work teams—in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects related to their area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in planning, executing, and monitoring budgeting processes and analyzing variables, scenarios, trends, and results. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
