**Job Description:**
Supervise all operational activities of the Plan, Funeral Homes, and Cemeteries units based in Mossoró, Assú, and surrounding regions;
Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure;
Manage, guide, and develop teams, promoting a positive, collaborative, and highly productive work environment;
Collaborate with internal and external customers, ensuring excellence in customer experience and delivery of high-quality services with respect and empathy;
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards for operational units;
Manage and control budgets, operational expenses, and financial resources for service areas, including Plans, Funeral Homes, and Cemeteries;
Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements;
Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency across units;
Coordinate team training and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen technical, behavioral, and operational competencies;
Ensure efficient management of inventory, materials, supplies, fleet, and logistics resources, minimizing waste and ensuring high availability;
Proactively prevent and resolve operational and customer service conflicts, making swift, well-informed decisions;
Collaborate with management on operational planning as needed, proposing improvements, innovations, and adjustments upon request;
Ensure clear, continuous, and objective communication among teams;
Conduct internal audits and operational inspections, ensuring adherence to Vila Company standards and policies;
Respond promptly to critical incidents, maintaining professionalism, sound decision-making, and safeguarding the company’s reputation.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field;
Experience in supervision and people management;
Leadership skills;
Decision-making ability;
Oral and written communication skills;
Ability to handle sensitive situations;
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, if required;
