If you enjoy social media, have strong organizational skills, and want to work in a results-driven environment, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Managing Mobili's social media accounts (planning, posts, simple videos, stories, and digital presence). * Supporting general marketing initiatives. * Initial lead handling: screening, qualification, and forwarding qualified leads to sales agents. * Participating in occasional short-distance travel when required (e.g., events, external coverage). **Mandatory Requirements** * Personal transportation (motorcycle or car). * Strong communication skills. * Organizational ability and proactivity. * Availability for **100% in-person work**. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Basic video editing knowledge. * Experience with design tools (Photoshop, Corel, Canva, etc.). * Prior experience managing social media or providing customer service. **Compensation Model** **Fixed salary (formal employment contract):** One minimum wage. **Commissions:** * R$ 50.00 per closed rental agreement. * R$ 200.00 per closed sale. * R$ 5.00 per genuinely qualified hot lead forwarded to a sales agent. **Growth Bonus — Social Media** For every **500 real followers gained on Mobili's Instagram account**, the professional receives a special bonus (amount to be determined based on performance). **Transportation allowance:** For company-requested travel. **Candidate Profile** * Entry-level or junior professional eager to learn. * Responsible, communicative, creative, and comfortable with social media. * Interested in working with goals, performance, and results.
