RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for finishing garment pieces, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and compliance with established standards. Perform adjustments and corrections on finished or in-process garments according to technical instructions. Operate binding, straight stitch, and overlock sewing machines to perform seams, reinforcements, hems, topstitching, and various applications. Complete finishing tasks, inspect seams, replace trimmings, and perform minor repairs. Verify measurements, alignment, symmetry, and final quality of garments. Identify and correct simple sewing or finishing defects. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of machines and the workstation. Follow company-established safety, quality, and productivity standards. And other related duties. Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, fashion designer, or bespoke tailor may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
