Job Summary: The professional will work in Telecom Networks and Infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of environments through configuration, monitoring, and support, while integrating with NOC and Infrastructure/DevOps teams. We seek a professional to work in **Telecom Networks and Infrastructure**, responsible for network configuration, monitoring, and support, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of environments. This position operates collaboratively with the **NOC, field technicians, and Infrastructure/DevOps teams**, supporting projects, activations, and continuous network improvements. **Main Responsibilities** * Configure and administer network assets (**switches, routers, firewalls, and radios**); * Perform configuration and maintenance of the **logical network**; * Monitor and manage the network (including assets in monitoring systems, dashboard creation, network mapping, and access control); * Plan and execute network projects, continuous improvements, and activation of new links and customers; * Provide technical support and handle **network incident management**; * Provide technical support to **field technicians** during deployment and maintenance activities; * Maintain technical documentation and network asset inventory; * Participate in the **network support on-call rotation**, as scheduled; * Collaborate with **Infrastructure, DevOps, and containerized environment** initiatives, where applicable. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in **Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields**; * Experience with **computer network configuration**; * Practical knowledge of **router and switch configuration**; * Hands-on experience with **Cisco and MikroTik equipment**; * Solid understanding of **network infrastructure**; * Experience working in or exposure to a **Network Operations Center (NOC)**; * Knowledge of: * **Infrastructure** * **DevOps** * **Containers** (Docker or similar) * Familiarity with networking best practices and **CCNA** fundamentals. **Preferred Qualifications (Plus)** * Prior experience in **telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs)**; * Certifications in networking or NOC (e.g., **CCNA**, **HCA**, or similar); * Experience in critical, high-availability environments. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Education Allowance * Discount Program * Access to **Interjato Academy** * **PLR (Profit and Results Sharing)**
