With the acquisition of **TAG**, ENGIE now owns Brazil’s most extensive natural gas transportation network—4,500 km spanning 10 states and 191 municipalities. **Job Mission** Strategically and technically manage the lifecycle of gas pipeline assets to ensure their integrity, reliability, and performance through the integrated application of engineering solutions across disciplines including measurement, automation, electrical systems, rotating equipment, compressors, cathodic protection, geotechnics, and integrity engineering. Ensure operational availability, compliance with technical and regulatory standards, and alignment with business objectives, promoting a preventive and sustainable approach. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and technically support inspections and integrity assessments of equipment and pipelines, conducting field monitoring, report and record control, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards * Monitor the execution of repairs and modifications identified during inspections, verifying technical compliance of interventions with design codes, regulatory standards, and internal specifications. * Conduct technical failure analyses and contribute to continuous improvement studies, applying methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, and RCM, and proposing technical solutions that enhance asset reliability * Develop and review technical procedures and work instructions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and providing technical support to maintenance and inspection teams. * Monitor the condition and functionality of mechanical protection devices—such as relief valves and overpressure protection systems—conducting technical inspections and maintaining corresponding documentation up to date. * Provide technical support for change management and emergency response, participating in MoC development and collaborating on investigations of failures and incidents involving pressurized systems. * Disseminate reliability best practices and support technical audits, contributing to team technical development, participating in committees when requested, and promoting standardization of engineering processes. * Collect, analyze, and monitor reliability and integrity indicators, collaborating with the corporate area in developing KPIs and statistical studies to support technical decision-making. **Requirements** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree * Fields of study: Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering and related fields * Preferred: Specialization (Postgraduate/MBA) * Technical Experience: Reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA, RCM), Inspection and Integrity of Static and Dynamic Equipment, Indicator Management and Technical Data Analysis, Technical Procedure Development, and MoC Support * Certifications: CREA * Languages: Basic/Advanced English * Soft skills: Engagement, initiative, results orientation, proactivity, and assertiveness * Hard skills: Knowledge/Experience with NR 13 and experience in Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection **Work Location** Mossoró - RN - Brazil ENGIE values and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, oriented toward equality among people, respect for everyone’s private life, and opposes any form of discrimination and harassment. **Business Unit:** GBU Networks **Division:** Gas Networks Americas - Brazil **Legal Entity:** ENGIE SOLUÇÕES DE OPERAÇÃO E MANUTENÇÃO LTDA. **Professional Experience:** Senior **Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Entity:** ENGIE Brasil Our Values Inclusion and diversity lie at the heart of our human resources policy.
