Our specialty is diagnostic medicine, and our purpose is to respect and care for lives. **Are you familiar with the intermittent employment model?** How the Intermittent Employment Model Works: * The nurse will be summoned in advance; * Working hours and remuneration amount will be informed at the time of hiring; * The professional may accept or decline the summons without prejudice to the employment relationship. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide teams on welcoming procedures, venous access, patient positioning, post-anesthetic monitoring, and post-biopsy monitoring, in accordance with the company’s SOPs and organizational culture; * Guide teams on changes to work routines (formalize incident logbook entries via email or WhatsApp); * Interact with other departments interfacing with patient care processes (reception, CORI, medical team, supplies, maintenance, etc.) and guide teams to ensure high-quality care; * Address patient requests and complaints or situations outside routine procedures in the absence of patient care supervision; * Accompany patients and cancel the care process when exams are not performed upon reception; * Monitor team performance using indicators to correct processes and ensure greater care agility; * Strictly enforce updates to work queues in the system; * Strictly enforce the process of recording materials and medications in the system; * Request and monitor necessary maintenance for departments / open service tickets; * Perform daily patient safety checklist; * Perform monthly equipment checklist; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace; * Integrate and accompany new employees, ensuring their adaptation; * Accompany regulatory agencies when required; * Continuously disseminate the company’s values and organizational culture, promoting technical and behavioral competency development aligned with departmental goals and needs; * Assist in organizing the flow of unscheduled appointments, considering schedule/equipment availability and minimizing impact on other scheduled patients in the absence of patient care supervision; * Ensure strict compliance with result anticipation timelines and delivery deadlines (respecting established procedures with the medical team and result verification); * Remain vigilant and available for possible patient emergencies/complications; * Ensure that our oxygen supply, emergency trolley, medications, and all other requirements set forth by the Patient Safety Unit are compliant on a daily basis. * Complete sector temperature logs and incident logs; * Sort examination films into patient folders and forward them to the delivery department; * Conduct and organize the cleaning and sterilization workflow for materials; * Conduct and organize the storage and forwarding workflow for biopsy samples (exceptions apply per unit); * Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure prompt response to corrective maintenance (update Quality Program spreadsheet); * Ensure departments are adequately supplied with necessary materials to perform their functions, including linens; * Possess conflict resolution skills; * Follow the Excellence in Service Program, always expressing the company’s values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Active COREN registration; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Strong communication skills; * Empathy and humanized care approach; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of nursing techniques, medication administration, and first aid. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Totalpass With 30 years of operation in the market, the **Diagmed Group** has built its history based on pioneering spirit and perseverance.
