The **Unit Coordinator** is responsible for the service unit, ensures achievement of established results and process compliance, analyzes and monitors the unit’s performance indicators, supervises Urban Microcredit Agents and Unit Administrative Assistants in carrying out their activities, conducts monthly planning with the team, and performs other duties within the scope of the role. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCREDIT!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct follow-up visits to clients; Ensure adherence to the Unit’s credit methodology and policy; Analyze the Unit’s performance indicators to achieve targets; Participate in institutional events and coordinate campaign activities; Lead the team and carry out integration, supervision, and development of staff; Ensure strategic actions are implemented to meet targets defined for agents; And other responsibilities related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management Processes, or related fields; Desirable: Postgraduate degree; Willingness to travel between municipalities; Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience in team management, business, and processes. **Note:** For internal selection, in addition to the resume, the following will be evaluated: Time enrolled in the Crediamigo Program (minimum 6 months); no record of sanctions in the last 6 months; favorable evaluation from the immediate supervisor regarding performance and behavioral competencies. **Additional Information** **Salary:** Base salary of R$ 1,717.73; Variable compensation up to R$ 3,912.01; Functional bonus of up to R$ 4,318.27. **Benefits:** Same benefits package offered to CAMED Microcredit employees. **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week; **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
