To achieve this, we combine people and technology, valuing and preserving our team’s collaborative, diverse, and innovative spirit. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Explore new techniques and technologies to multiply our efficiency through tools and libraries; * Scale microservices (high availability, high capacity, low latency); * Microservice communication (including cloud and on\-premise environments); * Frontend development and maintenance when required (in collaboration with other frontend-specialized developers); * Continuous integration, DevOps, and continuous deployment; * Service monitoring using CloudWatch, Kibana, and Grafana. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience designing, building, managing, and scaling scalable microservice solutions; * Our backend services and APIs are primarily written in C\# (.Net Framework and .Net Core), and also in TypeScript (NodeJS); therefore, strong expertise in these stacks is required; * Willingness and ability to quickly learn another stack if prior experience is lacking; * Building and maintaining frontend solutions using a JavaScript/TypeScript framework; * Angular and/or React experience preferred; * Experience with Agile culture (Scrum, Kanban, Pair programming, TDD); * Experience with DevOps; * Knowledge of automating build, test, and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps or TFS). **How You Can Impress Us:** * Experience with cloud architecture (AWS is a plus); * Experience with serverless architecture; * Experience with containers; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design; * Familiarity with Dart/Flutter. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Hybrid work in São Paulo (Santo Amaro), 3 days per week. **BENEFITS** * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance; * obVale Meal and/or Food allowance; * Wellhub/TotalPass; * Daycare assistance; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave (mothers receive 6 months; fathers receive 20 days); * Birthday day off.
