If you have construction experience, an analytical profile, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity may be for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Project Interpretation: Reading floor plans and technical drawings to guide correct construction execution. * Site Preparation: Cleaning, leveling, and marking the terrain, as well as assembling temporary structures and scaffolding. * Structural and Masonry Work: Building foundations, erecting walls, columns, and beams using bricks, blocks, concrete, and reinforcing steel. * Installation and Finishing: Applying screed, plaster, claddings (ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles), and waterproofing. * Material Calculation: Ability to estimate required quantities of cement, sand, bricks, and other materials. * Tool Usage: Proficiency with manual and electric tools (level, plumb line, mason's trowel, concrete mixer, etc.). * Workplace Safety: Knowledge and strict application of safety regulations to prevent accidents at construction sites. **Requirements:** * Experience as a mason on residential, renovation, and commercial construction projects. * Hands-on experience in day-to-day construction activities. * Knowledge of tools and ability to read construction drawings. * Analytical, organized profile with focus on continuous improvement; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; * Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Work Location: Public construction projects in Santo André/SP. **Benefits:** Employment Type: CLT Salary: 2\.801,98 Meal Allowance (R$ 509,98\), Transportation Allowance, Breakfast Allowance (R$ 11,37/day), SECONCI Health Plan, Dental Plan, and Life Insurance. **If you match this profile and wish to join our team, apply for this position.
