Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Controller / Accountant to structure the controller's office for an industrial company, with a focus on industrial costing and accounting, reporting directly to the CFO. We are looking for a Senior Controller / Accountant to work in a medium-sized industrial company, responsible for structuring the controller's office with emphasis on industrial costing and accounting. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a strategic role in implementing processes and controls that ensure reliable financial information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** Industrial Costing Structure and maintain product- and production-order-based costing (standard cost vs. actual cost); Calculate and analyze cost variances, identify root causes, and propose improvements; Maintain updated cost structures in coordination with PCP and Warehouse departments; Ensure accurate accounting treatment of scrap, rework, and process losses; Provide reliable management information to support executive leadership. Accounting and Tax Perform accounting entries, accruals, depreciation, cost allocations, and reconciliations; Ensure trial balance quality for monthly closings; Serve as technical liaison with outsourced accounting services; Ensure accurate bookkeeping of industrial operations, including inventory and fixed asset movements. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Active CRC registration; Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, with strong background in industrial costing; Knowledge of absorption costing and/or ABC costing, standard costing, and variance analysis; Experience with SAP Business One (Accounting and Costing modules); Familiarity with tax legislation applicable to industry (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS); Advanced Excel skills.
