Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide telephone, email, and WhatsApp customer service for scheduling medical or occupational consultations and/or examinations, supplying necessary preparation instructions, as well as information regarding the service location. * Make proactive phone calls and send WhatsApp messages to confirm consultations and/or examinations, offer additional available slots, or inform users about any changes in medical, dental, or examination schedules. * Clarify patient inquiries via communication channels, aiming for effective resolution, and provide information on unit operations and features. * Comply with standard operating procedures related to assigned tasks. * Participate in official institutional training sessions when requested, supporting continuous development and improvement—both in procedures and quality standards. * Support internal and external customers regarding administrative service requests, considering deadlines, establishing priorities, and ensuring user satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Computer literacy **Additional Information – Unit and Schedule** * Location: Central Unit * Working hours: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Outpatient and Dental Care – SP **Partnerships** * Education Incentive / Universities * SESC * Gympass Seconci-SP – Social Service of the Civil Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo – is a non-profit philanthropic entity founded in March 1964 by a group of construction-sector entrepreneurs to serve civil construction workers and their families. Its in-house team comprises experienced and highly qualified professionals—including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians—as well as specialists widely recognized in the market. Another key differentiator: Seconci-SP uses SOC, the market-leading system for OHS management. Seconci-SP assists companies in implementing preventive actions, aiming to improve workers’ quality of life, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. **HEALTH SOCIAL ORGANIZATION – HSO** Given its extensive experience in health care and its longstanding partnership with the State of São Paulo—having removed thousands of users from SUS waiting lists—Seconci-SP was invited in 1998 to participate in the qualification process for the country’s first generation of Health Social Organizations (HSOs). This initiative enabled Seconci-SP to assume management responsibilities for health facilities in partnership with the State and Municipality of São Paulo.
