Working in direct collaboration with stakeholders, the professional will help identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and monitor outcomes, operating across multiple areas—including artificial intelligence initiatives, process improvement, and innovation projects. Their work aims to generate business value through robust analyses, consistent recommendations, and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze complex data to extract insights supporting strategic decisions. * Work directly with various departments to understand needs and translate them into targeted analyses. * Support diverse projects, including but not limited to artificial intelligence initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement. * Validate hypotheses and monitor performance indicators related to implemented actions and initiatives. * Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of the data used. * Prepare clear reports and presentations for diverse audiences. * Propose improvements to analysis practices and data usage. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis and business intelligence. * Proficiency in SQL, Databricks (Python is a plus). * Ability to communicate and align expectations with stakeholders. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of artificial intelligence initiatives is a plus. * Analytical, proactive, and communicative profile. **Benefits:** Ticket Restaurant + Ticket Food; ️ Medical and Dental Assistance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Transportation Benefit; Culture Benefit; Life Insurance; Health and Well-being Programs: Wellhub, Conte Comigo, and more; Perfect Gift Card (birthday) + Day Off.
