Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Data Engineer for a strategic squad focused on developing and maintaining data pipelines that directly impact the business, ensuring data quality and scalability. Managing and evolving cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS) We are looking for a Mid-level Data Engineer to join a dedicated squad serving a strategic client, with a focus on building and evolving data solutions that directly impact the business. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, scalability, and reliability, while collaborating closely with internal teams and the client to transform data into value. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines (ETL/ELT) * Integrate, transform, and make data available for analytical and operational consumption * Manage and evolve cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS) * Automate data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance * Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams * Actively participate in client discussions and the squad’s roadmap * Propose continuous improvements to architecture, performance, and processes * Support engineering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications * Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes * Proficiency in Python and SQL * Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS) * Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) * Knowledge of data modeling and building analytical structures (Data Lake / Data Warehouse) * Experience with code versioning (Git) * Experience handling large volumes of data * Experience working in product-oriented or squad-based environments * Familiarity with tools such as Athena or similar * Experience automating and optimizing data pipelines **Additional Information** To support your day-to-day: Benefit (iFood Benefits Card): R$ 1\.120,00 per month Physical and mental health program through partners offering gym networks and telehealth services; To develop your career: * Performance evaluation; * Structured career path; * Frequent training sessions; Incentivar is an incentive and rewards software platform designed to help companies achieve more goals by leveraging their data strategically and intelligently.
