Description

Job Summary: The candidate will ensure end-to-end delivery of B2B/Integration Platform initiatives, leading technical execution and delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with a focus on quality and governance. 2. Ensure architecture and standards for APIs and microservices. 3. Evolve observability practices and ensure impact-free releases. **Company Description** Serasa Experian is Brazil's first and largest Datatech company. As a leader in risk and opportunity intelligence solutions, it focuses on credit, authentication, and fraud prevention journeys. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, innovation, and top talent, Serasa Experian transforms risk uncertainty into the best decision—helping individuals achieve their dreams and enabling businesses of all sizes and sectors to thrive. We have 22,000 people operating across 32 countries, and every day we invest in new technologies, talented professionals, and innovation to help all our customers maximize every opportunity. With corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. **Job Description** Ensure **end-to-end delivery** of initiatives within the **B2B Platform / Integrations** domain, leading technical execution (backend + data), agile cadence, and delivery quality, with emphasis on: * **Java + Spring Boot** for building/evolving services and APIs, * **PySpark + Databricks** for scalable pipelines, validations, and processing, * standardization, observability, security, and operational stability in integrations. Delivery & Management * Plan and lead the **full delivery lifecycle** (technical discovery, refinement, planning, execution, validation, deployment, and post-implementation), ensuring predictability, quality, and governance. * Lead **agile ceremonies** and strengthen adherence to **Definition of Ready/Definition of Done (DoR/DoD)** criteria, reducing rework and risks stemming from functional/technical gaps. * Manage the technical backlog (technical debt, observability, vulnerabilities), negotiating priorities with Product and stakeholders without losing focus on Atlas outcomes. * Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g., **lead time/cycle time**, incidents, availability, throughput, quality), establishing continuous improvement routines. Technical Leadership * Ensure architecture and standards for **APIs and microservices** (contracts, versioning, idempotency, resilience, performance, security). * Coordinate delivery of **Databricks/PySpark pipelines**, covering ingestion, validations, quality rules, traceability, and auditing. * Drive improvements in **file processing and integrations**, reducing operational risk and troubleshooting time. Operational Excellence * Ensure releases reach production **without impact to partners**, supported by rollout plans, monitoring, and contingency measures. * Evolve **observability practices** (metrics, logs, traces), reducing “gray zones” and unproductive escalations; ensure monitoring reflects the business’s actual criticality. * Address **vulnerabilities and hardening** topics (e.g., standardization via “golden image” where applicable), applying disciplined prioritization and evidence-based approaches. **Qualifications** * Proven experience coordinating engineering teams (or technical leadership with strong delivery involvement), including a track record of production deliveries and dependency management. * Experience in high-operational-criticality contexts, B2B integrations, and/or platforms serving multiple internal/external consumers. * Java + Spring Boot (microservices, REST APIs, integration patterns, automated testing, and best practices). * Practical application of DoR/DoD, technical refinement, estimation, capacity-based planning, and ceremony facilitation. * Hands-on knowledge of observability (logs/metrics/traces) and ability to drive improvements focused on rapid diagnosis. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine. With a purpose of creating a better future by expanding opportunities for individuals and businesses, in Brazil we are over 4,000 people working across diverse teams and specialties.
