International stakeholder engagement and strategic architecture decisions **Java Tech Lead – Hybrid (3 days/week) – South Zone/SP** ====================================================== We are looking for a **Java Tech Lead**, with experience in technical leadership and serving as a focal point. This is a strategic role requiring autonomy, systemic vision, mature communication, and the ability to navigate dynamic, complex, and highly responsible environments. The ideal candidate is someone who delivers results, confidently supports decisions, technically organizes the team, and maintains composure even under daily pressure. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Serve as the squad’s **technical focal point**, ensuring direction, architectural standards, best practices, and organization. * Lead technical discussions and strategic architecture decisions regarding platform evolution. * Collaborate with internal areas (Operations/Business) to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. * Lead integrations/onboardings with external partners, monitoring workflows and defining technical paths. * Support the team in solution design, code review, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. * Ensure application quality, performance, and robustness for Java/microservices. * Work collaboratively, methodically, and with product-oriented vision. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Completed degree in Technology. * Solid experience as a **Tech Lead / Technical Leader**, or as a senior professional acting as a reference and decision point. * Proficiency in **Java**, **microservices** architecture, and **Design Patterns**. * Containers and Kubernetes. * Messaging: **Kafka**, RabbitMQ. * **AWS** (EKS, SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Secret Manager, DocumentDB, etc.). * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, DocumentDB). * Fluent English (daily work involves international stakeholder engagement). * Preferred: knowledge of the financial market. **Behavioral Competencies (Highly Important)** ---------------------------------------------------- * **Resilience and emotional stability** to handle complex scenarios and rapid decisions. * **Clear and mature communication**, capable of influencing and guiding both technical and business stakeholders. * Strong sense of **ownership** and genuine leadership posture—not merely operational. * Ability to **prioritize effectively** and guide the team during periods of high demand. * Critical thinking, autonomy, and technical accountability. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge exchanges, and conversations related to our business.
