**Position:** Mid-Level AI Engineer (Python) **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** Hybrid | 2 days per week **Work Location:** Faria Lima | São Paulo **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in IT **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Key Responsibilities** We are seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer with strong specialization in Python and in-depth knowledge of AI. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with Artificial Intelligence technologies on projects across diverse contexts — from conception through implementation. In addition to development responsibilities, the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical ideas to various audiences will be essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities** * AI Solution Development: Designing and building AI solutions using generative AI, with emphasis on automation and process improvement; when necessary, designing, developing, and implementing Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and other AI algorithms and models using Python. * Full Lifecycle Management of AI Applications and Tools: Development, Deployment, Testing / Validation, Publication, and Sustaining. * Communication and Presentation: Presenting results, project progress, and technical insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences — ranging from technical teams to executive leadership. * Cloud Ecosystem: Leveraging Microsoft Azure services to build, train, and deploy scalable AI solutions. * Quality and Best Practices: Ensuring code quality, model performance, and technical documentation of projects, following software development and MLOps best practices. **Essential Requirements** * Proven AI Experience: Professional with proven experience in AI solutions, knowledge of RAG, MCP, and Python frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno IA). * API Experience: REST APIs, SOAP WebServices, FastAPI * Python Experience: Extensive experience developing robust solutions in Python, especially with data- and AI-focused libraries. * Data Manipulation: (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, and others) * Communication Skills. * Requirements Gathering: **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Data Analysis: Performing exploratory analysis, data preprocessing, and feature extraction from large-scale datasets to generate insights and support AI solutions. * Microsoft Azure: Solid experience with Azure AI and data services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services). * Google BigQuery: Knowledge of manipulating and querying large volumes of data using Google BigQuery. * MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps practices, including pipeline automation, model monitoring, and versioning of code and data. * Data Science Experience: Familiarity with Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
