Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain systems using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and CONTROL-M. * Perform low-platform integration. * Conduct impact analysis and maintain Batch/JCL workflows. * Ensure delivery quality and consistency, including source code management and package promotion across environments. * Resolve inconsistencies and use tools such as DESSCODE. * Participate in agile methodology ceremonies and practices. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in COBOL system development and maintenance. * Solid knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, CONTROL-M. * Experience with cross-platform integration and impact analysis. * Familiarity with source code management tools and package promotion processes. * Experience working in agile environments. Desirable: * Knowledge of Bradesco tools (Hexavision, Starteam). Differentiators: * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
