If you are passionate about pets, enjoy tackling challenges, and love innovation, you already have many reasons to join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and evolve integrated projects across platforms **Zendesk**, **Sydle**, and **HubSpot** * Configure and maintain customer service workflows and automations using **no\-code, AI, and JavaScript** tools * Map customer journeys and processes, assessing technical feasibility * Gather requirements from business areas * Document functional and technical rules * Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure technical quality * Handle incidents and coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions and fixes * Integrate services via **APIs and Webhooks** * Create operational reports and dashboards * Suggest continuous improvements to processes and tools **Requirements and Qualifications** * JavaScript, Node.js, and/or other programming languages * Programming logic * Knowledge of **Scrum and agile methodologies** * Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) * Experience with **low\-code/no\-code** platforms * Knowledge of technical documentation (e.g., Swagger) * Development and consumption of **APIs** * Experience with system integrations * Experience with customer service platforms, CRM, or BPM systems * Experience configuring workflows, automations, and customer journeys * Automated testing * Experience gathering and documenting requirements * Strong communication skills, organization, and demand management * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and focus on continuous improvement * Proactivity and ownership mindset **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Zendesk, Meta (WhatsApp), bots** * Experience with **Sydle** or BPM platforms * Experience with **chatbots and customer service automation** * Knowledge of SQL or data analysis * Experience with omnichannel integrations (WhatsApp, email, voice) **Additional Information:** * Compensation: BRL 5\.500,00 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Health Insurance; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Location: Pinheiros \- SP. Payment: BRL 5\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
