With a strategic perspective, we transform complex situations into positive outcomes. **In our Digital \& Artificial Intelligence team:** We help drive strategic decision-making through data, automation, and artificial intelligence, generating efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage for clients. **How You Will Contribute:** * AI Solutions and Model Development: Design and optimize artificial intelligence algorithms and models, with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and impact on organizational objectives; * Problem Analysis and Resolution: Address technical challenges using an analytical and structured approach, identifying and implementing innovative and viable solutions in an agile manner; * Business Rule Understanding: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to deeply understand business rules and requirements, translating these needs into effective technical solutions aligned with organizational goals; * AI and Gen AI Architecture Design: Design modern, scalable, and efficient architectures suitable for strategic projects and complex enterprise requirements; * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work integrally with teams across disciplines, ensuring system interoperability and alignment of solutions with organizational strategies. **Qualifications:** * Experience in AI, machine learning, and generative AI projects; * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn, Hugging Face, Keras, and similar tools; * Knowledge of data pipelines and ML frameworks, including MLflow or equivalents; * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages (SQL and NoSQL); * Experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure); * Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and applied mathematics; * Knowledge of LLMs via API; * Deployment of open-source models; * Evaluation of LLM performance; * Tuning of LLMs; * RAG, GraphRAG, KAG, etc. architectures; * Agent and multi-agent system architectures; * RPA tools; * Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; * Willingness to travel; * Advanced English (preferred). **Your Journey at A\&M** We recognize that our professionals are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an experience that fosters unique professional and personal development for each individual.
