Responsibilities: \- Develop, together with the team, effective communication strategies for advertising campaigns, taking into account the target audience and client objectives; \- Collaborate with creation, media, and account teams to ensure successful implementation of planned strategies; \- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning strategies; \- Identify innovation opportunities and industry trends; \- Prepare clear and concise briefs to guide the development of advertising campaigns; \- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure positive results. Requirements: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Proven experience in advertising planning, preferably within advertising agencies; Knowledge of marketing strategies and industry trends; Analytical skills for interpreting data and performance metrics; Excellent communication and teamwork collaboration skills; Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms.
