Requires proven experience in this role, preferably within construction companies or architectural firms engaged in project coordination and integration. * + Evaluate, validate, and coordinate multidisciplinary projects developed by third-party design firms. * + Perform interdisciplinary coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) designs, ensuring compliance with project guidelines. * + Provide technical support to the engineering team. * + Participate in technical meetings with design firms, monitoring decisions and alignment. * Analyze customized designs and ensure integration with other disciplines. * + Interface with construction sites, conducting site visits to verify execution compliance with design documents, ensuring alignment with project development.
