Routine Responsibilities: Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food items; Perform basic culinary tasks—such as preparing salads, grilling meats, chopping vegetables, seasoning foods—under supervision; Plate dishes and preparations according to instructions from the chef or responsible cook; Support guest service; Operate kitchen equipment—including blenders, food processors, ovens, stoves—following safety guidelines; Wash utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; Keep the workspace clean and organized; Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring products are correctly labeled and stored; Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to guarantee quality and safety of prepared food; Support other kitchen-related activities as needed. **What are the prerequisites to become a Kitchen Assistant?** * Completion of elementary education. * No prior experience required. **What do we offer to the Kitchen Assistant?** In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
