




Job Summary: An industrial production operator who performs equipment operation and autonomous maintenance, supports leadership, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Driver's License: AB Contract Type: CLT Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, on-site, night shift – 9:00 PM to 6:40 AM (Monday through Thursday) and 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Friday) Location: Escada – PE Responsibilities: Operate and perform autonomous maintenance on production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Support the Organization in guiding the production team, providing leadership assistance. Operate industrial machinery and equipment according to operational procedures and quality standards. Perform autonomous maintenance: technical cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Identify equipment anomalies and report them to specialized maintenance when necessary. Prevent failures and reduce unplanned downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Record incidents, production reports, and process indicators. Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement. Serve as an operational and behavioral technical reference for the team. Desired Responsibilities and Experience: Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as an industrial production operator; experience in informal leadership or supervisory support; Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic maintenance; Ability to read and interpret procedures, manuals, and work instructions; Basic knowledge of occupational safety and quality. * Availability for on-call duties, rotating shifts, or relocation.
