If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Directing and monitoring factory interfaces for project interventions; * Overseeing managerial activities of ongoing projects; * Leading project development meetings with stakeholders; * Providing technical support for projects—including necessary information and documents for progress, such as tender notices, proposal requests, analyses, bid evaluations, data collection, etc.; * Providing technical oversight of execution activities, identifying pending items, delivering technical support, and performing other tasks related to project execution; * Participating in, monitoring, and managing project CAPEX. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering—or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * English—Intermediate level; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Proven experience in the industrial sector (beverage industry is a plus). **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties—including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
