Responsible for carrying out warehouse operations, performing stores clerk activities, assisting in the receipt of goods from external and internal suppliers and forwarding them to factories. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in the receipt of goods from external and internal suppliers, manually unloading or operating appropriate vehicles (forklifts), checking product characteristics and quantities received, comparing invoices and purchase orders, for subsequent identification and storage. Assist in the transportation and storage of materials (raw materials, finished products, packaging, waste and similar), distributing them on shelves, boxes, aisles, yards/or designated storage areas, using appropriate vehicles (forklifts). Assist in the preparation/supply of internal consumption materials (warehouse), upon request, production order, or through data collected from computerized systems, placing products in designated locations for delivery or dispatch to users. Inspect and prepare materials destined for transfer to other units (branches) according to purchase orders or requests. Occasionally assist in the Shipping and Warehouse activities for Electrical Insulators. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and general instructions regarding the activities to be performed. Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or through measuring equipment, recording results when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to keep them in perfect working condition.
