Integration with factory and logistics **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima – MG **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customers contacting the company by phone, listening to their requests and clarifying details for commercial proposals; * Formulate proposals for customers, considering requested items, installation location, mobilizations, assembly, coupling, commercial and technical conditions, and customer data; * Estimate freight costs for inclusion in proposals; * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with customers; * Contact customers by phone after sending proposals to open negotiation channels; * Coordinate with factory management regarding product availability timelines; * Schedule delivery timelines with logistics; * Issue routing instructions for finalized proposals to factory and logistics; * Register customers in the system; * Provide post-sales support, collaborating with the factory to resolve issues or difficulties encountered during product delivery; * Receive potential customer complaints, direct them appropriately, and support problem resolution; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation; * Comply with company-established conduct policies. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems; * Autocad knowledge is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Benefits:** Coffee and lunch provided at the company, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher (R$ 350,00), Medical Plan (Unimed), Dental Plan (Unimed), Attendance Bonus (R$ 500,00).
