Development of new suppliers Purchasing Analyst\- 1313 Gemaq Administração de Condomínios is looking for a Purchasing Analyst with a proactive, disciplined, dynamic profile, strong systemic vision and planning skills to perform the following duties: * Prepare quotations for purchases of various materials as required by condominiums * Monitor preventive maintenance activities in condominiums to procure materials and services * Prepare quotations for service contracts * Issue purchase orders * Enter invoices and bank slips into the system * Develop new suppliers * Propose process improvements to eliminate waste and reduce expenses * Prepare reports Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields * Prior experience in this role * Ability to work effectively in teams * Good communication skills * Attention to detail and strong time management skills Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Variable bonus during months (between R$ 100.00 and R$ 150.00\) * Health allowance * Meal allowance of R$ 191.00 * Transportation allowance
