Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support for knowledge management in capital projects, focusing on experience sharing, collection of Lessons Learned, and technical capacity development. Key Highlights: 1. Support knowledge management in capital projects 2. Promote experience sharing and continuous learning 3. Conduct collection and dissemination of Lessons Learned · Provide technical support to knowledge management processes in capital projects, contributing critical insights and practical experience; · Actively participate in Communities of Practice, promoting experience exchange among specialists and involved areas; · Conduct collection, analysis, and dissemination of Lessons Learned, ensuring technical knowledge is effectively reused in new projects; · Contribute to the development of technical training content and programs focused on project engineering; · Collaborate with project teams to analyze, identify, and develop root causes and next steps for Lessons Learned, improvement opportunities, and technical risks; · Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within Vale's projects.
