This success has only been possible thanks to continuous investments in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and employee training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and duties** Job responsibilities description: Perform preventive and corrective welding on machinery and equipment; Participate in welding during installation of machinery and equipment; Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as improvements to machinery, equipment, and components; Lubricate machinery and equipment; Operate maintenance equipment and tools, if necessary. Always work in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures; Implement, enforce, and supervise both third-party and in-house teams to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; Supervise internal work teams and contracted third-party teams for specific projects. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements: Completed high school education.
