Job Summary: Responsible for leading the tactical execution of the Information Security strategy, supervising the team, managing risks and incidents to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. Promotion of security culture and continuous improvement Responsible for leading the tactical execution of Pottencial's Information Security strategy, serving as the primary liaison between the CISO's directives and the technical operations of junior, mid-level, and senior analysts. Based on the domains of Governance, Incident Management, and Security Operations, must ensure policy review and enforcement, as well as regulatory compliance, while overseeing the full risk management lifecycle and incident response. Collaborates closely with the Specialist to translate technical requirements into resilient processes, fostering continuous team development and ensuring Pottencial's security posture remains aligned with business objectives.
