**Department / Location** Quality Industrial Production **Job Purpose** Conduct quality inspections and controls on products and processes, ensuring that the films, sheets, and plastic plates produced comply with technical standards and regulations of Nortène Plásticos Ltda. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** Inspect raw materials and finished products for compliance with technical specifications. Perform measurements of thickness, width, density, color, and appearance of plastic products. Record inspection results in spreadsheets or internal systems. Immediately report any nonconformities or deviations from standards to leadership. Monitor production processes and propose improvements to ensure final quality. Assist in implementing internal quality standards, procedures, and checklists. Support internal and external quality audits, as required. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the inspection area. Participate in internal training related to standards, procedures, and best practices. **Requirements for Entry** Technical or higher education degree in Quality Management. Prior experience in product inspection or quality control (preferably in the plastic industry). Basic knowledge of measurement techniques and control instruments (caliper, micrometer, scale, ruler, etc.). Attention to detail, organization, and discipline. Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures. Availability to work shifts according to production demand. **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies** Quality control in plastic extrusion and lamination processes. Ability to identify defects, standard deviations, and inconsistencies in products. Skill in performing measurements and recording data. Attention, discipline, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills.
