You will be part of the finance team, directly supporting managerial and accounting reporting and consolidation, ensuring reliable information for leadership decision-making. * Assist in verification and reporting of production closings. * Assist in monthly result reporting and consolidation across companies/cost centers. * Support managerial and accounting closing. * Prepare reports, financial statements, and variance analyses. * Organize and update control databases and spreadsheets. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. * Provide support to internal and external audits with information and evidence. * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes and controls. * Assist in process mapping. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience handling large volumes of data. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in report creation using Power BI. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). * Experience consolidating multiple companies/business units. * Knowledge of financial ERP systems.
