Supporting cash flow security and management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 18:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Record daily financial transactions and bank collections. * Participate in controlling the compliance of daily transactions processed through the Brazilian Payment System (SPB). * Verify clearing of accounts related to finance department processes. * Analyze payments that were not processed or forwarded. * Monitor available balances at terminals to prevent excesses or shortages (ATM). * Reconcile custodial cash values with transporters. * Control ATM replenishment. * Support daily cash flow administration within the Cooperative. * Participate in securing checks held by the Cooperative. * Participate in and monitor the entire clearing process, Accounts Payable, account postings, investments, cash flow, and SPB. * Monitor bank balances daily. * Analyze and approve Sicoob Electronic Funds Transfers (TED). * Control bank clearing services. * Review and monitor bank statements. * Support preparation of the daily cash flow financial closing. * Participate in and support monitoring service quality at teller counters. **Requirements:** * Reside in Manhuaçu/MG; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Ability to handle phone-based customer service. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
