Required Technical and Professional Experience * Experience in SAP Basis administration and efficient, secure operation of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and SAP BTP environments * Design of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid SAP architectures with a focus on high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) * Planning and execution of SAP environment migrations to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); implementation of SAP RISE and integration with SAP BTP * Integration and extension of SAP solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and Extension Suite * Experience with SAP Solution Manager: change management, environment monitoring, operational support, and quality assurance * Hands-on experience leading SAP projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders across critical, large-scale initiatives * SAP lifecycle management: upgrades, EHPs, SPs, SAP Notes, system copies, backup & restore * Expertise in diagnosing and optimizing SAP system performance (ABAP stack, HANA DB tuning) * Advanced diagnosis and mitigation of high-impact incidents to ensure service continuity * Data Management & Archiving: implementation of SAP data archiving strategies for performance and compliance * Governance, Security, and Compliance: implementation of security controls, regulatory compliance, and data governance * Experience in full SAP landscape migration to cloud, including architecture redesign and cost optimization * Experience implementing SAP RISE, including definition of operational models, integration with legacy systems, and SAP BTP * Creation of resilient and scalable architectures with HA and DR * SAP data archiving aligned with regulatory requirements * Global rollouts and large-scale SAP projects * Completed undergraduate degree * Availability for a hybrid work model: up to 3 days per week at the Kyndryl office or client site, as required by project needs * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Desired Technical and Professional Experience Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Administration (SAP S/4HANA); SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP HANA Installation; SAP Certified Associate – SAP BTP; Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP); ITIL Foundation (desirable) * **Being You** The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
