Job Summary: Sisloc is seeking a Delphi Developer (Mid-Level) to maintain and develop innovative solutions, enhancing management processes for our clients. Key Highlights: 1. Our system is robust, modular, and designed to optimize the entire management process for companies in this industry. We are currently experiencing a phase of expansion and growth, and we seek a Delphi Developer (Mid-Level) responsible for maintaining and developing solutions to help our clients improve their results through the use of innovative technologies and enhanced management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the product in alignment with market trends, pursuing technological innovations that meet customer demands and position Sisloc ahead of its competitors.Consult more experienced developers, architects, and technical leaders for any implementation of new features in the system, aiming to absorb new and improved practices to fulfill the request;Monitor existing demand queues in Redmine and/or Zendesk and resolve reported issues, supporting internal and/or external clients in problem resolution;Provide daily progress updates to management (immediate manager/technical leader);Make calls to clients to resolve specific requests;Perform technical analysis of program and code inspection;Diagnose application-related issues;Propose system improvements to reduce the number of errors occurring during maintenance, and suggest enhancements to coding standards;Assist in the development/training of programmers at the same or junior level.
