Knowledge development and sharing **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you focus on organization, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and with a results orientation—while assuming responsibility for delivery—learn more about our **Boilermaker III** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Contagem – MG * Working hours: Full-time * Work modality: On-site * Employment type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Receive project documentation, read and interpret drawings—observing lines and relevant specifications—to determine the layout to be executed, ensuring alignment with departmental requirements; * Request materials according to project specifications, verifying them against the Service Order number; * Inspect material quality and verify usability conditions, reporting any irregularities found to the manager to ensure safety and maintain production process quality standards; * Plan and perform sheet metal cutting according to required shapes and dimensions, maximizing sheet metal utilization and minimizing waste; * Mark lines onto metal sheets for manufacturing complex parts involving multiple cutouts, bends, and technical details, following drawings and technical specifications using scribing tools to guide scheduled operations, ensuring alignment with departmental requirements; * Finish assemblies by removing burrs from edges using sandpaper or other electric and manual tools, maintaining service quality standards; * Support less technically experienced professionals in performing highly complex tasks, transferring knowledge and contributing to their professional development. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Education: Professional qualification in Boiler-making or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Welding training; * Drawing reading and interpretation. **Preferred qualifications** * Technical degree in related fields.
