Involvement in large-scale industrial projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise field assembly activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Lead assembly teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and motivating team members. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for all. * Conduct quality inspections and controls during assembly stages. * Communicate effectively with engineering teams, clients, and other involved departments. * Prepare progress, incident, and improvement reports for projects. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience supervising external assembly, preferably in industrial or large-scale projects. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly procedures. * Familiarity with safety regulations and quality procedures. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Willingness to travel and work on-site. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of team management and cost control. * Experience with equipment such as pressure vessels, hydraulic pumps (oil/water), automatic and manual valves, and other system components. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Market-competitive benefits.
