Coach junior team members. ### **Job Description – Camunda 8 Developer with Java Spring Boot** As a **Camunda Developer**, you will: * Develop new components and maintain and enhance existing ones according to team priorities and the product roadmap; * Actively contribute to software quality assurance, best practices, and the team’s agile methodology; * Define and implement **automated tests**; * Provide **coaching to junior team members**; * Collaborate closely with business sponsors to ensure solutions meet requirements; * Take ownership of software delivery, ensuring agreed-upon quality and scope; * Contribute to and assume ownership of **technical design**, ensuring all aspects of system architecture are well documented; * Collaborate effectively with partner technology teams; * Technically refine epics and user stories with the team; * Write documentation and prepare and deliver presentations on new features, components, or technologies; * Support the team, the product, and the **Camunda Chapter**. ### **Experience & Education** * Prior experience in similar roles and technologies; * Experience working with **agile teams** and tools such as **JIRA** and **Confluence**; * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or related field, or substantial hands-on experience delivering advanced-level software. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** ------------------------------------ * Practical experience designing and implementing **BPMN processes with Camunda 8**; * In-depth knowledge of **Java (11 or later)** and **Spring Framework (version 4 or later)**, with solid understanding of **Object-Oriented principles**; * **Solid experience with Spring Boot (mandatory)**; * Knowledge and experience with: + Spring Cloud Config + Spring Data JPA + Spring MVC * Experience designing and building **service-oriented or microservices architectures**; * Discipline and experience with **automated testing** (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, etc.); * Solid experience with **Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools**; * Agile methodologies (**SCRUM**) and software development lifecycle; * Understanding of **RESTful API** principles; * Spoken and written English at minimum **B2 level**. **Soft Skills** --------------- * Strong adaptability to change (the environment evolves frequently); * Team-oriented mindset; * Energetic, motivated, and determined individual; * Pragmatic, results-driven profile; * Adaptability to diverse technical responsibilities; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Productivity and effective time management; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ------------------------------- * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**; * Experience configuring **CI/CD tools**; * Experience with **ELK (Elasticsearch and Kibana)** or other **NoSQL databases**; * Basic knowledge of **Spanish**.
